Complete Payment, Shipping and Return
Policies for Ebay Items

Thank you for considering a bid on one
of our
auctions. Here are our company policies for shipping, payment, returns
and
protecting your privacy.
Payment Policy
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American
Express,
Discover, PayPal, Money Orders and checks. Credit
card shipments must be made to the address the
card is billed to unless other arrangements have been made PRIOR to
placing
your bid. PayPal shipments must be made to the shipping address that is
shown on your PayPal payment
unless other arrangements have been made PRIOR to your bid.
Shipping Policy
- Most items are shipped within 1
business day
of receiving your payment. The exception is for orders paid by check,
which are
held 10 days. Pickups are not available.
- We use both UPS and USPS for
shipping. All our
larger items and expensive items are shipped UPS. We do not do 2nd or
3rd party
billing for shipping.
- 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air
shipping is
available for most items for an additional charge. If your shipment
needs
special attention, please call or email - we're glad to help.
- All buyers will get a shipping
confirmation
email after the item is shipped. Positive feedback will be left for
auctions
paid promptly.
- In the unlikely event of shipping
damage or
shipment errors, you must save all boxes and packaging in order for
your claim
to be made.
Shipping Discounts
Whenever possible, we offer shipping
discounts for
multiple items.
- Shipping discount rates vary by
item. Your
auction description will detail what discount applies.
- Items that are too large to bundle
(example:
Table saws) must be shipped separately and do not qualify for shipping
discounts
- To qualifiy for shipping discounts,
items must
be shipped together and all items must be paid in full within 10 days
of the
end date of the first auction or store purchase. Items that are unpaid
more
than 10 days do not qualify for any discounts.
- The shipping discount is taken off
the item
with the lower shipping cost. For example if you purchase one item with
$12
s/h/i and another with $10 s/h/i, the discount is taken off the item
with the
$10 s/h/i.
Return Policy
- For returns, defective products
exchanges or
refunds, buyer must contact seller within 7 days of receipt of the
product. A
Return Authorization Number is required. Shipping costs to return items
to us
for exchange or refund are the sole responsibility of the buyer. For
defective
exchanges (within 7 days of delivery), we pay to ship the replaced item
to
buyers within the US. On international orders, the buyer pays for
shipping both
ways. For warranty service/exchange (more than 14 days after
delivery)or for
international exchanges, the buyer pays for shipping both ways.
- For all returns, there is 15%
restocking fee.
Return must be new and in the original packaging including everything
that
shipped. Partial return may lead to partial refund.
- 15% restocking fee does not apply to
defective
product exchanges.
- Shipping and Handling fees are not
refundable.
- Automotive electronics such as
alarms, remote starts, keyless entries and compressors which have been
installed (or attempted to do so) may not be returned for refunds. We
will exchange any unit which is found to be defective. Buyer is
responsible for all shipping costs
Privacy Statement
We value your right to privacy and
security.
The following policy applies to all information collected or submitted
on the
MyPushcart.com web site. As such, MyPushcart.com reserves the right to
revise
this policy as necessary.
We do not give out information you provide to us.
Any information that you provide to MyPushcart.com about yourself or a
second
party is treated as confidential and is not sold or given to any other
companies. The information you provide is used to fill your order, to
reach you
if there's a question about it or to inform you about it.
